PSMedia Office - 7, 42 St., Van Phuc City, Hiep Binh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

6. Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will be the driving force behind our business growth.
You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to closing deals and maintaining long-term, trusted relationships.
This role is perfect for a proactive, results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Relations:

Actively seek out and approach new potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, etc.).
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and goals are deeply understood.

Sales & Consultation:

Consult with clients to understand their advertising needs and strategic objectives.
Develop and present tailored, compelling OOH advertising proposals and campaign plans.
Skillfully negotiate contracts and close agreements to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Project Coordination & Management:

Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (e.g., Project Management, Design, Accounting) to ensure flawless execution of advertising campaigns.
Monitor project progress, provide clients with regular updates, and address any issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
Oversee the project from conception to completion, including final acceptance and invoicing.

Customer Care & Debt Management:

Proactively follow up with clients post-campaign to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Address and resolve any client complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Manage and follow up on client payments to ensure timely debt collection.

7. Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
Experience in the OOH advertising, media, marketing, or real estate industries is a significant advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

Proven ability to research, analyze, and plan effectively.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Proficient in information management and office software (MS Office Suite).
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and independent mindset.
Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
