6. Job Summary:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative and strategic Creative Planner to join our dynamic team at PSMedia. You will be the "brain" behind our campaigns, turning client briefs into winning proposals and memorable experiences (OOH, Events, Activations). If you are passionate about storytelling, visual arts, and bringing ideas to life, this is the stage for you.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Ideation & Proposal Development (70%)

Analyze Briefs: Receive briefs from the Account team, research market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to define the strategic direction.

Brainstorming: Lead or participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts, key visuals, and engagement activities for Events/Activations.

Proposal Writing: Develop comprehensive proposals (Concept, Flow, Timeline, Budgeting) using PowerPoint/Canva.

Visualization: Work closely with the Design team to visualize ideas or use AI tools to create mood boards/storyboards for the proposal.
B. Pitching & Execution Support (30%)

Pitching: Accompany the Account team to present and defend proposals to clients with confidence and persuasion.

Coordination: Collaborate with Event Executives and external suppliers to ensure the concept is feasible and executed flawlessly.
On-site Support: Support the operation team during the event days to ensure the program runs according to the approved script and flow.
7. Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related fields.

1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role (Planner/Creative) at Agencies (Event/OOH/Digital).
Skills & Mindset:

Creative & Logical: Strong ability to think outside the box but keep ideas grounded in reality.

Visual Storytelling: Excellent skills in creating presentation slides (PowerPoint/Keynote). Knowledge of Photoshop/Canva or AI tools is a big plus.

Communication: Good presentation and pitching skills.

Language: Good command of Vietnamese. English proficiency is an advantage.

Attitude: Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work under high pressure in a Startup environment.
